SHIPPING
We will ship in stock items within 2-3 days, not including Holidays and weekends, shipping or processing time.
Made to order items will take 2-3 weeks after purchase. Not including Holidays and weekends, shipping or processing time.
After receiving your item, please inspect your piece immediately. You will have 48 hours from the time of receipt to notify us of any errors. If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping or carelessness with handling), please email us at: jomacdesigns@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for incorrect items and damaged items.
Custom designs are non-refundable. We will replace or rework your custom design to your satisfaction. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before you order.
Upgrading shipping time will not reduce design or processing time. All items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail based on weight.
Keep in mind when timing your purchase and estimating the delivery date. You will receive an email with the tracking information once shipped.
SHIPPING INSURANCEAll packages are shipped with Priority Mail do to the nature of our designs, which includes insurance up to $100.00 declared value.
RETURNSWe recommend shipping back with Priority or Express Mail as they insure up to $100.00 declared value. If returned Items are damaged due to shipping you will need to make a claim with USPS.
LOST PACKAGES & SHIPPING ISSUESAfter an item leaves JoMac Designs, it's in the hands of USPS. We recommend you choose Priority Mail as they are insured up to $100.00 declared Value. We will not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping unless sent Priorit Mail. Also, please ensure that you provide a secure shipping address.
We will ship to the address you provide at checkout so please be sure it is entered correctly. We will not reimburse for items shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error.
